30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags attached for a full refund, or to exchange for a different size or color at no extra cost.
Conditions
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear must have the hygienic liner intact.
- Sunglasses must be returned with their hard case and microfiber cloth.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free for exchanges within the U.S.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit.
Warranty
Our titanium sunglasses carry a lifetime frame warranty against manufacturing defects; all other products are covered for 1 year. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
